Project Description - The existing fire alarm system at Ware in the majority of the buildings is an old system that will not be supported by the end of 2012. This project will involve the phased replacement of the old system with a new open protocol system that will be compliant with BS 5839. The new system will have an automatic voice announcement capability. The project also includes the install of new LV distribution and upgrade of the fire separation within the buildings.
Builders Work Disciplines Include -
Upgrade of the fire dampers within the HVAC systems.
Upgrade of all fire doors.
Fire stopping to all designated fire separation of the buildings.
Building 5 office areas glass partition upgrade.

Project Description – To strip out the redundant electrical systems back to the point of distribution. To install smart office lighting and power to the electrical consultants design. This included the installation of Philips Lighting LED luminaries and control system.

Addenbrookes Hospital Change Over Switch Replacement.
SWI Ltd installed generator and temp power supply to all essential freezers and equipment to allow ABB to complete the changeover switch replacement.
Harlow Load Bank Testing Project H89 H92 & H97
SWI Ltd installed bespoke load bank connection panels and associated cabling to 3 generators at Harlow. This allowed JCI and Dale Power to safely complete periodic load bank testing.
